The use of this website constitutes agreement with the following terms and conditions:
- This website is jointly owned and operated by the members of the Frequency Assignment Committee of Singapore, Malaysia And Brunei (“FACSMAB”).
- FACSMAB reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) from time to time at its sole discretion. All changes will be posted on this page, and your use of this website after such changes have been posted will constitute your agreement to the modified Terms and all of the changes. You should therefore read this page carefully each time you visit this website.
- In case of any violation of these Terms, each individual member of FACSMAB reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for such violations. These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to all visits to this website, both now and in the future.
- These Terms govern the access to and use of this website and the materials and information contained herein.
- FACSMAB reserves the right to:
(a) Alter, limit or discontinue the website or any materials or information contained herein and shall have no obligation towards the needs or requirements of any user(s).
